Role Description As an AI Video Editor at TrueFan AI, you will work on-site at our Gurugram office in a contract role, collaborating closely with product, design, and marketing teams to create high-quality video assets. You will edit AI-generated and recorded footage, refine story flow, and ensure brand consistency across all outputs. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling and trimming clips, adding motion graphics and overlays, performing color correction and grading, and preparing videos for multiple platforms and formats. You will optimize videos for performance and visual clarity, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain organized project files. The role also involves experimenting with new AI tools, contributing creative ideas for video concepts, and supporting rapid turnaround on priority projects.
Qualifications
- Strong video production and video editing skills, including assembling, cutting, and refining narrative flow for short- and long-form content.
- Proficiency in video color grading and basic color correction to achieve consistent, professional visual quality.
- Hands-on experience with motion graphics and graphics to create titles, lower thirds, overlays, and simple animations.
- Comfort working with AI-powered video tools or a strong interest in learning AI-based production workflows.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve; After Effects or equivalent for motion graphics).
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work to brief, and commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Gurugram.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in marketing or product-led video content is a plus.
