We're seeking a talented Video Editor with a passion for performance-driven storytelling to create visually captivating and emotionally engaging video ads that connect with audiences worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce engaging long-form and short-form video ads tailored for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Partner with writers to develop ad scripts aligned with performance marketing goals
- Collaborate with business and marketing teams to refine creative direction based on data-driven insights
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, retention, CPI) to enhance creative effectiveness
- Optimize video assets for maximum engagement and distribution reach
- Utilize AI-based video creation tools (Kling, Runway, Pika, Minimax, Vidu) to improve production quality and efficiency
- Work proficiently with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Illustrator for editing and design tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator)
- Experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Runway, Pika, Minimax, or Vidu
- Strong analytical mindset to assess creative performance and optimize content
- Native-level fluency in German and professional working proficiency in English
- Proven experience creating attention-grabbing, high-converting video ads for social platforms
