Job Role: AI Video Editor

Experience Level: 2+ Years

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site).

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on knowledge and up-to-date exposure to AI tools such as Gemini, Flow, Kling, Runway, and other emerging platforms in the generative video space.

The candidate should be comfortable experimenting across tools and selecting the right workflows

based on project requirements.

In addition, the candidate should have solid working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop for editing, compositing, and refining AI-generated outputs.

Beyond tools, the person should have a good creative sense AI video generation of editing,

including:

● Understanding of pacing, transitions, and storytelling for short-form content

● Ability to bring fresh ideas and visual approaches to AI-generated videos

● Strong problem-solving mindset when dealing with tool limitations or inconsistencies

● Interest in continuously exploring and adapting to the latest AI technologies

Given the nature of our recent work, the candidate should also:

● Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment

● Handle multiple variations and prompt-based outputs efficiently

● Have a strong eye for visual quality, motion realism, and overall polish

● Be adaptable and quick in learning and implementing new tools/workflows

Additionally, the person should be proactive, self-driven, and able to manage tight timelines

effectively.
