Job Summary
We are seeking a
highly skilled and creative AI Video Editor to join our
Content & Creative Team, specializing in producing engaging video content for our
Marathi-speaking audience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Generative AI tools and traditional editing software, with a passion for visual storytelling and innovation.
In this role, you'll transform raw footage into polished, compelling short-form videos that capture the essence of Marathi culture and connect deeply with our audience blending
AI innovation, storytelling, and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Powered Editing: Use Generative AI tools to edit, enhance, and assemble raw footage into professional, high-quality videos.
- High-Volume Production: Create at least 3 short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) daily, ensuring speed, creativity, and precision.
- Creative Enhancement: Integrate AI-generated visuals, graphics, sound design, and effects to elevate content quality and viewer engagement.
- Technical Execution: Perform color correction, background removal, trimming, and transitions to deliver visually seamless videos.
- Innovation & Experimentation: Explore new AI tools and creative editing styles to keep content modern and captivating.
- Collaboration: Partner with anchors, writers, and graphic designers to produce culturally relevant and high-impact Marathi content.
- Project Management: Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with AI video editing trends, tools, and emerging creative technologies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Technical Skills- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a diverse portfolio showcasing creative storytelling and editing expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as RunwayML, Descript, Veed.io, Pika, Sora, or equivalent platforms.
- Proficiency in traditional video editing software:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
Language & Communication
- Fluency in Marathi (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent English communication skills for crafting precise subtitles and on-screen text.
