We are seeking a highly creative and technical AI Artist/Designer to lead our visual content

creation. The ideal candidate will be an expert in generating high-fidelity images and cinematic

videos from scratch using advanced prompt engineering and AI workflows.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual assets (images, graphics, and videos) using Generative AI tools based on creative briefs.
• Master advanced prompt engineering to achieve consistent styles, characters, and brand aesthetics.
• Execute end-to-end AI video production, including motion control, frame-interpolation, and post- production refining.
• Utilize in-painting, out-painting, and manual editing to fix AI artifacts and ensure professional- grade output.
• Stay at the forefront of AI releases (Midjourney, Runway, Luma, etc.) to optimize production workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven portfolio showcasing from scratch AI creations (Instagram, Behance, or ArtStation links required).
• Deep understanding of cinematic lighting, composition, and color theory.
• Ability to maintain character and style consistency across multiple frames/scenes.
• Experience with traditional design tools (Photoshop, After Effects) for post-AI touch-ups.
