AI Video Editor & Creator

We're looking for an AI Video Editor & Creator who can create high-quality, engaging performance marketing videos for D2C brands.

You'll be responsible for turning creative concepts and scripts into scroll-stopping video ads using AI video generation, editing, motion graphics, UGC-style content and other creative formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Create performance marketing videos for D2C & e-commerce brands
• Develop AI-generated videos, UGC-style creatives, product videos and ad concepts
• Edit videos specifically for Meta, Instagram, YouTube and other paid platforms
• Create multiple hooks, angles and variations for creative testing
• Use AI tools to generate visuals, scenes, characters, voiceovers and other video elements
• Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, music and transitions
• Turn scripts and creative briefs into compelling, conversion-focused videos
• Continuously experiment with new AI video tools and creative techniques
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to improve ad performance

What We're Looking For

• Experience in AI video generation and AI-assisted video editing
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills
• Understanding of performance marketing and D2C advertising
• Ability to create fast-paced, engaging short-form content
• Strong understanding of hooks, retention and conversion-focused creatives
• Experience with tools such as Kling, Veo, Runway, Sora, Midjourney, Flux, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools is a plus
• A strong creative eye and willingness to experiment

Important: Candidates with experience creating performance marketing ads for D2C brands will be preferred.
