We are looking for an AI Video Developer:

1. Conceive and produce AI-generated video content for advertising campaigns — spanning product showcases, brand films, and human-led narratives 
2. Own end-to-end video production using AI generation tools paired with professional post-production workflows 
3. Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and account teams to translate briefs into high-impact video deliverables 
4. Stay ahead of emerging AI video tools and integrate new capabilities into the agency's production pipeline 
5. Maintain visual quality standards consistent with luxury and premium brand positioning 
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting timelines without compromising craft

Other Requirements

1. Demonstrated hands-on experience creating AI-generated video content for advertising, a strong portfolio is non-negotiable 
2. Proven ability to produce both product-led and human-led video ads using AI 
3. Deep, practical knowledge of multiple AI video and generation platforms 
4. Solid video editing fundamentals — pacing, transitions, sound design, colour grading 
5. Strong visual sensibility and an eye for what makes advertising premium, not just polished 
6. Self-directed and resourceful — constantly experimenting, constantly learning
7. Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Final Cut Pro. Prior experience with luxury, lifestyle, or premium brands is a significant advantage.
