About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented AI Video Editor & Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming scripts into engaging, high-quality videos using a combination of traditional editing skills and modern AI-powered tools.

Core Skills Required (Non-Negotiable)

Video Editing

* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro, or equivalent editing software.

* Ability to create polished, professional, brand-level video content.

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects

* Basic to intermediate knowledge of After Effects or similar tools.

* Experience creating titles, transitions, lower thirds, and branded visual elements.

Color Grading

* Ability to color correct and grade footage to maintain a consistent visual identity and brand aesthetic.

Audio Editing

* Skilled in audio cleanup, voiceover integration, background music synchronization, and noise reduction.

Script-to-Video Execution

* Ability to convert written scripts into compelling videos with strong pacing, storytelling, and visual flow.

AI Image Generation

* Experience using AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or DALL·E to generate custom visual assets.

AI Video Generation

* Familiarity with AI video platforms such as Runway ML, Kling, Pika Labs, or similar tools for generating and animating video content.

Storyboarding & Scene Planning

* Ability to break down scripts into scenes and plan visuals before production begins.

Good to Have (Trainable)

* Basic AI prompting skills for image and video generation.

* Strong understanding of brand consistency, including typography, color palettes, logo placement, and tone.

* Knowledge of content formats and aspect ratios for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other social platforms.

* Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Photoshop for thumbnails, post covers, and supporting visuals.
