AI Video Creator / Producer (Narrative-to-Video Specialist)

Role Overview

The AI Video Creator will transform written stories into visually compelling, emotionally engaging AI-generated videos. The ideal candidate possesses creative storytelling abilities, strong command over AI video pipelines, and hands-on experience with cutting-edge models like Google Veo 3.1 and OpenAI Sora 2. This role requires both cinematic intuition and technical fluency to produce polished, high-fidelity video content.

Key Responsibilities

Convert stories or scripts into visual sequences using AI systems such as Veo 3.1, Sora 2, and Runway ML.

Leverage Veo 3.1's Flow integration for scene-level editing, reference-to-video generation, and physics-based realism.

Utilize Sora 2 Cameos to personalize story visuals, ensuring accurate lip-sync and natural scene motion.

Develop prompt flows for consistent character design, environment continuity, and emotional tone.

Integrate AI-generated voices (e.g., ElevenLabs, Play.ht) and align narration timing with video segments.

Enhance AI outputs through post-processing in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.

Manage color grading, motion refinement, and subtitle synchronization across scenes.

Collaborate with writers, designers, and producers to align tone, pacing, and message.

Experiment with hybrid AI workflows, combining image-to-video, text-to-video, and voice synthesis pipelines.

Stay current with evolving tools and APIs such as Gemini API, OpenAI's Sora API, and AI-driven compositing plugins.

Required Skills

In-depth understanding of AI video creation platforms (Veo 3.1, Sora 2, Runway, Pika Labs).

Proficiency with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).

Strong grounding in visual storytelling, cinematography, and pacing.

Experience in AI voiceover synthesis and audio mixing.

Competence in prompt engineering for generative media.

Understanding of lighting, color theory, and motion design.

Portfolio showcasing AI-generated or hybrid videos with strong narrative flow.

Educational & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Visual Communication, Computer Graphics, or equivalent.

37 years of experience in video production or post-production roles.

Minimum 12 years working with AI-assisted storytelling tools.

Demonstrated ability to deliver AI-generated short films, brand stories, or creative campaigns.
