Role Description The Ai Video Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and producing engaging video content that showcases HAIR RAP BY YOYO's services, brand story, and creative hair transformations. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves daily collaboration with the salon team to capture behind-the-scenes footage, client makeovers, tutorials, and promotional campaigns using AI-powered tools and standard video production software. The role includes editing videos for social media platforms, optimizing content for audience engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic across all visual materials. The Ai Video Creator will also experiment with new formats, trends, and AI features to keep the brand's content fresh and distinctive.

Qualifications

• Video production and editing skills, including experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or comparable software.
• Familiarity with AI-based video creation tools, visual effects, and basic motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities, with an eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics suitable for a premium salon brand.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and best practices for short-form and long-form video content.
• Basic understanding of content marketing and branding, including consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely on-site with stylists, clients, and management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing creative requirements.
• Relevant experience in video content creation for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
