Role Summary:
We're looking for a creative, technically curious video creator (fresher or 12 years experience) who can turn briefs into attention-grabbing ad videos in hours not days. You'll own end-to-end short-form ad production using AI tools for asset generation, editing, voice, and motion, while working closely with the creative and growth teams to iterate rapidly.
What you will do:
- Produce short-form ad videos (6s / 15s / 30s / 60s) from brief to final delivery with minimal supervision.
- Use AI tools to generate assets: visuals, motion, voiceovers, and iterations (examples below).
- Rapidly prototype multiple creative concepts and deliver A/B-ready variants.
- Edit, animate, and assemble footage add captions, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Optimize videos to platform specs (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook).
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and performance marketers to align creative with campaign objectives.
- Learn and champion new AI tools and best practices to improve speed and output quality.
Must have skills:
- 02 years of experience in video creation, motion graphics, content creation, or a related field. Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome.
- Comfortable using AI-first tools and workflows (examples: Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, ElevenLabs/Descript voice tools, CapCut, Luma Labs, Adobe FireFly / Generative Fill, Midjourney/Stable Diffusion or similar). You don't need to have used all show curiosity and quick learning.
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and attention for short-form formats.
- Basic motion-design and editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent).
- Good aesthetic sense: composition, color, typography, and timing.
- Ability to iterate quickly, accept feedback, and incorporate data-driven changes.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating short ads, social videos, or motion work (even personal projects).
