We are looking for a highly skilled and creative AI Video Creator who can produce premium-quality, cinematic educational videos featuring realistic AI characters, natural conversations, and engaging storytelling.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to work on a large-scale educational video production project.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, cinematic AI-generated videos featuring characters, dialogues, and educational storytelling.
• Produce realistic AI characters with consistent facial features, clothing, expressions, and movements across scenes.
• Develop natural conversations between multiple AI characters with accurate lip-syncing, facial expressions, and body language.
• Create visually stunning scenes with professional lighting, camera movements, composition, and cinematic transitions.
• Transform educational scripts and dialogues into engaging, visually compelling videos.
• Maintain character and visual consistency throughout lessons and across multiple videos.
• Handle AI video generation, editing, post-production, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with our educational and creative teams to ensure videos meet our quality standards.
• Produce videos efficiently while maintaining exceptional visual quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating high-end cinematic AI videos.
• Strong proficiency with leading AI video generation tools such as Google Veo, Runway, Kling, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in AI character consistency, realistic human movements, facial expressions, and dialogue-based scenes.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, camera angles, composition, and storytelling.
• Experience with accurate lip-syncing, voice synchronization, and multi-character dialogue scenes.
• Proficiency in professional video editing and post-production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to produce polished, professional videos with minimal visual distortions or AI-generated inconsistencies.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet production deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience producing AI-generated educational videos, short videos, or cinematic storytelling content.
• Experience creating realistic, recurring AI characters across multiple episodes.
• Familiarity with AI voice generation tools such as Eleven Labs.
• Ability to develop efficient AI production workflows for high-volume video creation.
