About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Content Creator who can conceptualise, create, and edit engaging short-form video content using AI tools, editing software, and social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality Reels, Shorts, and short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Use AI tools for video generation, scripting, voiceovers, visuals, captions, avatars, and editing.
- Convert ideas, scripts, educational content, and trends into engaging short-form videos.
- Experiment with new AI video tools and techniques to improve content quality and production speed.
- Add hooks, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and visual elements to improve retention.
- Track social media trends and create content aligned with current formats, memes, and audience behaviour.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and social media teams to execute content calendars.
- Continuously test different creative formats to improve views, watch time, engagement, and conversions.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Hands-on experience with AI video/content tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Canva, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
- Good command of video editing and storytelling.
- Strong understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, and short-form content formats.
- Ability to independently take a concept from idea → script → AI generation → editing → final video.
- Strong creative sense with an eye for visuals, trends, and storytelling.
Good to Have:
- Experience creating educational/EdTech content.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
- Understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
- A portfolio of AI-generated or AI-assisted Reels/Shorts.
