Key responsibilities
- Lead creative concepting for short-form AI-assisted videos (30180s), converting long-form assets (blogs, product pages, FAQs) into concise AI-generated scripts and storyboards using prompt engineering and LLM-driven iterations to refine tone and structure.
- Produce endtoend videos combining AI video generation/assistance and traditional editing: generate scenes, synthesize voiceovers, create captions,
- Operate and optimize AI audio/TTS tools to create natural voiceovers; fine-tune and select voices for brand consistency.
- Build and maintain reusable AI templates, prompt libraries, and automation pipelines to speed production and ensure consistency across formats.
- Maintain an organized asset library (raw files, masters, scripts, prompts, caption files, version history) and ensure secure handling of sensitive content.
- Coordinate crossfunctional approvals and manage version control with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Champion best practices for AI use, including content validation, bias checks and compliance with data/privacy policies.
Required qualifications & experience
- 25 years experience in core AItool expertise for video: handson with AIdriven video, audio and text tools (minimum 12 years using platforms such as Descript, Runway, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, etc.), and experienced in shortform video production with the ability to polish outputs in an NLE.
- Strong portfolio of AIaugmented short videos (include scripts, before/after AI outputs or rapiditeration examples) and proven capability to design/optimize prompts, build reusable templates/prompt libraries, and automate repetitive production tasks to scale workflows.
- Proficiency in at least two AI video/audio tools and LLM/text tool, plus traditional editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or equivalent).
- Strong scriptwriting, storytelling and audioediting skills; able to evaluate and correct AI-generated content for clarity, accuracy and brand fit.
- Good understanding of quality control for AI outputs, including artifact removal, factual verification and voice consistency.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management; comfortable implementing AI processes onsite with crossfunctional teams.
