About the Role:
We are looking for a visionary AI Video Artist who is not just a prompter, but a true technical creator. You sit at the intersection of Visual Effects (VFX), Game Engines, and Generative AI. You will be responsible for creating hyper-realistic, cinematic video content by blending traditional compositing tools with state-of-the-art AI platforms.
We don't just want AI videos- we want production-grade realism. You must understand lighting, camera movement, and consistency, using AI as a powerful tool to accelerate high-end workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Creation: Conceptualize and produce high-fidelity video content using a hybrid workflow of AI generation and manual VFX polishing.
- Advanced AI Prompting: Utilize tools like Runway (Gen-3), Kling, Midjourney, and Sora/Veo to generate base assets with precise camera control and character consistency.
- VFX & Compositing: Take AI-generated raw footage and refine it using After Effects, Nuke, or DaVinci Resolve. Fix artifacts, handle color grading, and ensure temporal stability (no flickering).
- 3D & Gaming Integration: Work with Unreal Engine 5 or Blender to create realistic environments and integrate digital avatars if required.
- Character Consistency: Train or fine-tune models (LoRAs/ControlNet) to ensure characters look the same across different shots and angles.
- R&D: Stay updated daily on the newest AI tools. If a new model drops on Hugging Face or GitHub, you should be the first to test it.
Required Skills & Toolset
1. The Real Tech Stack (Non-Negotiable):
- VFX/Editing: Mastery of Adobe After Effects (Compositing, Roto), Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve (Color Grading).
- 3D Basics: Familiarity with Blender or Unreal Engine (Camera setting, Lighting, Environment design).
2. The AI Stack (Deep Knowledge Required):
- Video Gen: Runway Gen-3 Alpha, Kling AI, Luma Dream Machine, or Haiper.
- Image Gen: Midjourney v6 (Advanced Parameters), Stable Diffusion (ComfyUI workflows are a huge plus).
- Lip-Sync & Voice: ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or LivePortrait.
- Optimization: Topaz Video AI (Upscaling) and interpolation tools.
3. Soft Skills:
- Director's Eye: You understand cinematography—focal lengths, shutter angles, lighting setups (Rim light, Key light), and composition.
- Problem Solving: AI makes mistakes. You must know how to fix weird hands or glitchy eyes manually in post-production.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)
- Experience in the Gaming Industry (Level Design, Cinematics, or Character Rigging).
- Knowledge of ComfyUI Node systems for complex Stable Diffusion workflows.
- Experience with Python scripting for automating media workflows.
- Background in traditional art or photography.

- You don't just type Make a cool video into ChatGPT. You write detailed prompts like Cinematic wide shot, 35mm lens, volumetric lighting, cyberpunk street, unreal engine 5 render style --ar 16:9.
- You are frustrated when AI video looks wobbly and you know exactly how to stabilize it.
- You have an open mindset: You are willing to relearn your workflow every month as technology changes.

- AI-Generated Video work (mentioning the tools used).
- Any VFX breakdowns (Before/After) showing how you fixed/improved raw AI output.
