Project Role : AI Transformation Practitioner

Project Role Description : Responsible for creating and delivering on the vision of an AI transformation. Guide and lead the execution of AI transformation projects.

Must have skills : Automation in Systems Integration

Good to have skills : Generative AI

Minimum 12 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

Owns build phase operational readiness across application and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring solutions are production ready, observable, compliant, and automation enabled from day one.

Applies an AI first build mindset to prevent downstream Run issues, reduce operational toil, and enable scalable, AI augmented operations while aligning strictly with ITSM, security, and reliability standards.

Acts as the bridge between Build, Deployment, Run, SRE, and Automation teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Resource needs to be AI Ready
  • Govern build phase operability, resilience, and build to run readiness.
  • Embed observability led design (metrics, logs, traces, alerts, dashboards) during build
  • Apply AIOps, GenAI, and agentic concepts during build (diagnostics, validation, runbooks)
  • Drive automation first engineering (IaC, CI/CD, validation, readiness checks)
  • Ensure seamless Build to Run handover aligned to Incident, Problem, and Change processes
  • Prevent solutions that bypass governance, security, or operational controls
  • Partner with Delivery, Architecture, SRE, and Run coach teams and translate build risks clearly

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Enterprise build / project engineering with strong build to run awareness
  • Practical GenAI / AIOps literacy and agentic workflows for Ops use cases
  • Observability & operations tooling (e.g., Splunk/Dynatrace/AppD Datadog/Grafana)
  • Automation & IaC exposure (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Strong stakeholder management, structured problem solving, and business communication

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Automation in Systems Integration.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
