1.Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary AI Transformation & Operations Lead to architect the future of our firm. Your mission is to audit, integrate, and optimize our entire operational workflow by embedding AI into every possible touchpoint.
The goal is not just automation, but amplification. You will ensure every team member is equipped with the right AI tools to work smarter, communicate faster, and achieve results that were previously considered impossible with our existing resources. You will also serve as a strategic partner to leadership, refining managerial oversight through data-driven AI insights.
2.Key Responsibilities
Workflow Audit & AI Integration: Map out all existing processesfrom Sales to Supply Chainand identify AI-insertion points to increase speed and accuracy without disrupting daily output.
Team Empowerment: Conduct 1-on-1 and group assessments to match team members with specific AI tools (LLMs, automation agents, data synthesizers) that reduce busy work and maximize creative/strategic output.
Managerial Evolution: Help leadership transition to an AI-First management style, using tools to track KPIs in real-time, predict bottlenecks, and optimize resource allocation.
Supply Chain & Expense Optimization: Implement AI-driven frugality. Use technology to find cost-effective supply chain routes and manage corporate expenses (client entertainment/travel) with extreme efficiency.
Performance Scaling: Push the boundaries of our current resource capacity, enabling the team to exceed year-end sales targets through sheer efficiency.
3.Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Proficiency
AI Ecosystem Knowledge: Expert-level familiarity with Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and their specific business use cases.
Workflow Automation: Proven experience with no-code/low-code automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, or Microsoft Power Automate.
Data Literacy: Ability to use AI for data synthesis, trend forecasting, and creating real-time management dashboards.
Tool Integration: Experience embedding AI into common business stacks (CRMs like Salesforce/Hubspot, Project Management tools like Asana/ClickUp, and Communication tools like Slack).
Managerial & Strategic Skills
Operational Architecting: The ability to look at a manual process and redesign it for an AI-integrated environment.
Strategic Frugality: A mindset focused on cost-optimization and doing more with less through technological leverage.
Change Management: High emotional intelligence (EQ) to guide team members through the transition, overcoming resistance and fostering an AI-positive culture.
Performance Coaching: Ability to train non-technical staff to become proficient AI users in their specific domains.
Soft Skills
Radical Transparency: Clear communication with leadership regarding what is working and where the bottlenecks are.
Extreme Ownership: A founder's mindset where you take full responsibility for the productivity levels of the entire office.

4.Qualifications
5+ years in Project Management, Operations, or Business Transformation.
A portfolio or track record of successfully implementing automation/AI that resulted in measurable ROI or time savings.
Excellent presentation skills to report radical changes in productivity to stakeholders.
