Position: AI Trainer

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic AI Trainer with strong knowledge of Python programming and AI/ML modules, who can deliver high-quality onsite training sessions for students. The ideal candidate should be smart, approachable, and passionate about teaching, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom/onsite training sessions on Python, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning modules.
- Develop and update training materials, practical assignments, and real-time projects for students.
- Provide hands-on guidance to students in coding, debugging, and implementing AI models.
- Conduct assessments, mock tests, and project evaluations to measure student progress.
- Support students with doubt resolution, mentoring, and career guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, frameworks, and tools to enhance training delivery.
- Collaborate with the MindBrain team to continuously improve training quality and course content.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in AI/ML development or training.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Good understanding of AI concepts and modules such as:
- Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering)
- Deep Learning basics (Neural Networks, CNN, RNN, etc.)
- Popular libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong mentoring and interpersonal skills for effective student engagement.
Good to Have
- Experience in conducting workshops, seminars, or student training programs.
- Knowledge of real-time AI/ML projects or applications.
- Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI modules.
