Role Description
We are seeking a full-time AI Trainer for our office in Delhi, India. As an AI Trainer, you will be responsible for training large language models, providing human-generated feedback, improving AI system accuracy, and fine-tuning algorithms. Your daily tasks will involve understanding machine learning principles, creating training datasets, analyzing outputs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve AI-driven solutions. This is an on-site role, and you will also contribute to the ongoing optimization of AI tools with practical application insights.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages used in data science
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior work experience in AI projects or similar domains is a plus
- Familiarity with ethical AI practices and the ability to evaluate model performance
