Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Trainer located in Kozhikode. The AI Trainer will design, develop, and deliver AI-focused training modules for diverse audiences. Responsibilities include creating tailored training materials, conducting interactive sessions, analyzing learner performance, and staying updated on AI trends to ensure relevant and effective training. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to adapt training content and methodologies is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics
• Strong instructional design, curriculum development, and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience with tools and platforms for AI development and training
• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
• Ability to analyze learner needs and adapt training methods
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or relevant field
• Prior experience in educational or corporate training roles is an advantage
• Knowledge of current AI technologies and trends
