Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled C++ Developer to join us as an AI Trainer, contributing to the development and improvement of advanced AI models.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of software development and AI, helping train models to better understand, generate, and evaluate high-quality C++ code.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, write, and optimize C++ code snippets for AI training purposes
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices
• Design coding problems, test cases, and solutions to improve model performance
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance AI learning outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine training datasets and guidelines
• Ensure code quality, readability, and adherence to modern C++ standards

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts
• Familiarity with STL, memory management, and performance optimization
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Experience with competitive programming or coding platforms (Codeforces, LeetCode, etc.)
• Exposure to AI/ML workflows or data annotation projects
• Familiarity with modern C++ standards (C++11 and above)
