About M Moser:

M Moser was founded in 1981 by 3 people.

Today we are a company of 1,300 architects, designers, MEPF engineers, commercial managers, construction professionals, and project leaders working across more than 30 locations around the world. Our offices span all major regions except South America, although our project experience includes South America as well, especially Brazil.

Our core business is workplace facilities. Much of that work has historically been corporate interiors, but we are increasingly engaged in workplace buildings from the ground up. Our projects range from around 20,000 sq. ft to 1,500,000 sq. ft. Clients typically engage MMoser to handle the full AEC and project management challenge of creating a workplace facility: design, architecture, engineering, commercial delivery, project leadership, and the wider execution required to bring a workplace environment successfully into being.

What has made MMoser distinctive is not only technical range, but the way the firm has grown. We have grown by being deeply client-centric and by earning long-term trust. We have built a large repeat client base among global corporations across industries and geographies because clients come to us for serious help on difficult workplace challenges.

MMoser is also unusual in another way. The firm is still led by its founders, who remain highly entrepreneurial and deeply engaged. They are now in their 70s, but still young in mind, still ambitious, and still willing to reinvent the company when they believe the next move matters.

The current move toward becoming a stronger hybrid human/AI firm is being driven by them directly.

We do not see AI as a side tool or a fashionable topic. We see it as part of the next major evolution of professional practice. The Role:Central AI Platform R&D Group

Job Role & Responsibilities:

The Central AI Platform R&D Group is the technical backbone of MMoser's AI capability-growth system.

Its role is to:

• Understand where AI is moving
• Shape MMoser's evolving AI stack
• Build reusable internal tools and agents
• Define technical patterns, guardrails, and governance
• Support the wider AI Tech Team
• This is especially important because AI is entering an increasingly agentic phase.
• The challenge is no longer just prompting models.The challenge is designing structured, multi-step, reviewable workflows that can support real AEC and project management work.

What You Will Work On:

This group will work across areas such as:

• AI platform evaluation and ecosystem tracking
• Agentic workflows and orchestration
• Internal tools and agent development
• Structured outputs and evaluation frameworks
• Image and visual intelligence tools
• Internal governance and standards
• Technical support for Forward Deployed Engineers and Help Desk
