About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile AI Techno-Commercial Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in spearheading AI-related opportunities generated through our System Integration (SI) partners. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical AI solutions and commercial business development, enabling smooth handling of technical inquiries and crafting compelling commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opportunity Management: Lead and manage AI opportunities identified via SI partners, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
• Technical Expertise: Address and resolve basic to intermediate AI-related technical queries independently to support sales and partner interactions.
• Proposal Development: Efficiently develop commercial proposals, including detailed pricing, project scope, and timelines, based on Business Requirement Documents (BRD) or Requests for Proposals (RFP) from clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with SI partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to drive AI solution adoption and revenue growth.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on AI industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide informed advice and insights.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of AI opportunities, proposal statuses, and technical support cases to ensure transparency and effective communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5 – 7 years of experience in AI-related technology roles, preferably with exposure to techno-commercial functions.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, technologies, and applications.
• Experience in responding to RFPs and developing commercial proposals.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret BRDs and translate them into actionable commercial strategies.
• Comfortable working with System Integration partners and managing multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Proficiency in basic AI tools, frameworks, and platforms is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI/ML are advantageous.
