Role Overview

We are seeking a high-impact AI Technical Business Analyst – Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of next-generation AI-driven pharma analytics and competitive intelligence platforms for global clients across the US and Europe.

This is a strategic, client-facing product leadership role where you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products—driving product vision, collaborating with cross-functional AI teams, engaging with senior stakeholders, and enabling product-led growth in enterprise life sciences accounts.

This role offers a fast-track path into AI Product Leadership, with direct exposure to Agentic AI solutions, global pharma ecosystems, and enterprise-scale implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven pharma analytics and CI products

Define product vision, roadmap, milestones, and execution strategy aligned with business goals

Drive product-led growth across global GCC and enterprise life sciences clients

Delivery & Execution Excellence

Lead lean, high-performing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Ensure delivery excellence across scope, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction

Conduct regular quality reviews, audits, and performance tracking

Client Engagement & Growth

Act as the primary interface for global pharma clients

Lead product demos, solution discussions, and executive reviews

Partner with business development teams to support proposals, pilots, and conversions

Analytics & Insights

Analyze complex pharma datasets including:

Clinical trial landscapes

Pipeline and competitor intelligence

Pricing & reimbursement trends

Sales force effectiveness

Translate insights into actionable product features and business strategies

AI Product Enablement

Collaborate closely with AI/ML teams to build and scale Agentic AI and GenAI-powered platforms

Ensure product performance, scalability, and customer satisfaction through continuous releases

Governance & Optimization

Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and industry standards

Drive continuous improvement, automation, and analytics maturity across products

Build executive dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and clients

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related domain (or equivalent experience)

2–6 years of experience in technical product management, preferably in AI-driven life sciences platforms

Proven track record of working with global pharma clients, with the ability to influence pilot opportunities
