We are seeking a seasoned AI Tech Lead / Architect with deep expertise in Generative AI implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LangGraph, LangChain, and strong capabilities in Agentic AI development and design. This role requires both technical leadership and architectural vision to drive enterprise-scale AI solutions. Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of GenAI solutions across enterprise use cases.
- Architect scalable systems leveraging LangGraph, LangChain, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-native solutions.
- Drive end-to-end development: from proof-of-concept to production-grade deployment.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices in AI-native architecture.
- Ensure solutions are outcome-driven, measurable, and aligned with enterprise goals.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in GenAI, multi-agent systems, and enterprise AI adoption.
Required Skills & Experience- 710 years of experience in Architecture/Design and recent experience in AI/ML implementations
- Proven expertise in LangGraph, LangChain, and related GenAI frameworks.
- Strong background in Agentic AI design and development.
- Experience architecting enterprise-scale AI-native systems.
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML libraries.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
