Role - AI Systems and Founder's Office Associate
Location - Delhi
Experience - 1-3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate repetitive and operational tasks using AI and no-code tools.
- Manage Founder's Office operations including scheduling, follow-ups, travel coordination, and task tracking.
- Generate meeting minutes, summaries, dashboards, and presentations using AI tools.
- Build workflows, SOPs, trackers, and productivity systems.
- Research and implement new AI tools to improve business efficiency.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Proven hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and workflows in real-world business environments.
- Strong understanding of the modern AI ecosystem, including:
- LLMs & AI Assistants ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity
- AI Coding & Development Tools Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Replit AI
- Automation & Workflow Platforms Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs, and workflow orchestration tools
- Knowledge Management & Productivity Systems Notion AI, Airtable, Obsidian, and related platforms
- Creative, Design & Presentation Tools Gamma, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, Figma AI
- Expertise in prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and output optimization.
- Ability to integrate multiple AI tools into scalable workflows that drive:

- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and execution skills.

Preferred Background
- 1+ years of experience in Founder's Office, Operations, Business Excellence, Automation, or AI-driven roles. Startup or digital-first company experience preferred.
