AI Specialist - Visual Multimedia
Role overview
As our AI Specialist – Visual Multimedia, you'll play a central role in shaping how ideas come to life. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable thinking conceptually and executing at speed. We're looking for someone with a sharp aesthetic, intuitive creative judgement, and solid technical fluency, who can harness the latest AI tools. You'll work across formats, combining video, motion, design, audio, and AI-generated content to create cohesive, high-impact visual experiences.
How you'll contribute
- Lead the team and creative direction with a future-first mindset, exploring new tools, pushing ideas further, and bringing bold, innovative thinking to everything you do
- Own the end-to-end execution, diving into client needs, understanding briefs, contributing to ideation, experimenting with new tools, and delivering quality output
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly managing multiple projects across formats - from long-form films and short-form video to motion graphics, static visuals, and more experimental content
- Build AI-first workflows on a case-to-case basis to ensure that processes and final outputs suit each brand/campaign's needs
- Quickly get to grips with our in-house proprietary toolkit, develop deep expertise, and confidently enable the wider team to use it effectively
What makes you a great fit
- 4–5 years in design, motion, or digital content with at least 2 years actively using AI tools
- Proven experience leading and mentoring creative teams, with the ability to guide both people and projects
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered motion design, video editing, and visual generation tools, complemented by strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for motion design, video editing, and multimedia content creation
- A standout portfolio highlighting the tools you are comfortable working with, past AI-first design/visuals, motion work, or experimental projects that show off your craft, curiosity, and ability to push ideas into exciting new territory
- A curious, experimental mindset with the ability to blend emerging technologies with sharp creative thinking to unlock fresh, impactful ideas
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bring people together and keep ideas flowing
