ROLE OVERVIEW
The generalist AI practitioner embedded inside a growth marketing team. You will not be building
AI products - you will be making the marketing team dramatically faster and smarter by deploying
AI across workflow automation, data visualization, content production, competitive intelligence, and reporting. The output is not code; it is leverage. Every process you automate, every dashboard you build, and every insight you surface should free the team to do higher-order work.
KEY DETAILS

Reports To: Media Head
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 2-4 years, with strong applied AI and data visualization portfolio
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• AI workflow automation : building Make / n8n pipelines that replace manual, repeatable work
across the team
• Data visualization : building real-time dashboards (React / Recharts / Looker Studio) for
performance, marketplace, and brand metrics
• Prompt engineering and LLM deployment: designing and maintaining prompt systems for
content generation, competitive intelligence, and insight extraction
• Competitive and social intelligence: building and operating scraping + AI pipelines for
marketplace reviews, Reddit/Quora signals, and category trends
• Reporting automation: replacing manual weekly/monthly reports with automated,
stakeholder-ready outputs.
• AEO support: managing AI visibility tracking tooling and prompt library maintenance
• Tool evaluation: staying current on AI tooling and recommending adoption based on team
leverage, not hype
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
• Built production-grade automation workflows using Make, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent - not just
templates
• Strong data visualisation skills: built dashboards that non-technical stakeholders actually use
daily
• Hands-on with the Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini APIs - not just the chat interfaces
• Comfortable with JavaScript or Python at a scripting level: can parse API responses, clean
data, write pipeline logic
• Experience with web scraping tools (Apify, Bright Data, Playwright) or structured data
extraction
• Can translate a vague team pain point into a scoped automation brief and ship it
NICE-TO-HAVE
• Prior experience in a marketing team or agency - understands what performance marketers
actually need
• Experience with Google Sheets / BigQuery as a data layer
• Knowledge of Meta Ads API or Amazon SP-API for programmatic data pulls
• Familiarity with AEO / GEO concepts and AI visibility tracking platforms (Profound, Peec AI,
AthenaHQ)
• Has built a social listening or competitive intelligence system end-to-end
WHAT WE WILL MEASURE YOU ON
• Number of manual hours saved per month through automation (tracked, not estimated)
• Dashboard adoption rate: % of team using AI-built dashboards as primary reporting surface
• Time-to-insight: reduction in turnaround time for weekly and monthly performance reports
• Quality of competitive intelligence outputs: actionability rated by leadership
• Tool and prompt library maintenance: freshness and usage rate
