We are establishing a dedicated AI Team focused on developing LLM-driven features,

mul=modal content automa=on, real-=me conversa=onal systems and much more. The role

involves end-to-end development of applied AI workflows that directly support our learning

products and internal automa=on ini=a=ves.

Role Overview

The AI Solutions Specialist will contribute to the design, implementation, and deployment of AI

systems across text, audio, image, and video modalities. The position requires strong hands-on

skills with LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and lightweight backend engineering to

operationalize AI prototypes.

Job Location: Mumbai Preferrable

Key Responsibilities

Develop and integrate LLM-based features using APIs and open-source models

Design and maintain AI workflows, prompts, response evaluation frameworks, and

personas

Work on STT/TTS pipelines and real-time conversational AI flows

Build tools and automation for multimodal content generation

Implement RAG pipelines including embeddings, indexing, document processing, and

vector search

Develop lightweight microservices (Python/Node.js) to operationalize AI prototypes

Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to convert ideas into working

solutions

Deploy AI workflows on AWS/GCP/Azure, using Docker and cloud-native tools

Monitor performance, latency, reliability, and cost of AI pipelines

Contribute to internal AI playbooks, standard templates, and reusable components

Required Skills & Experience

12 years of experience building AI/ML or LLM-powered applications

Strong command of Python (Node.js exposure is beneficial)

Experience with LLM APIs and GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex

Understanding of RAG systems, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone /

Weaviate / FAISS)

Hands-on experience with Docker, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) Familiarity with CI/CD, logging, and monitoring tools

Solid understanding of SQL and data processing pipelines
