AI Solutions Leader

Role Summary:

The AI Solutions Leader will focus on architecting and scaling the company's AI Factory, bridging AI strategy with practical execution. This role serves as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 clients, driving digital transformation through Generative AI (GenAI) and machine learning solutions. The position involves leading global teams and delivering high-performance AI initiatives, while operating as both a technical architect and a strategic advisor. It requires the ability to translate high-level AI strategies into practical, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML initiatives and manage large-scale data and digital transformation programs.
• Technical Leadership: Define AI/ML/GenAI technical direction, including model architecture, deployment (MLOps), and security.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for stakeholders to identify opportunities, support proposals (RFP), and ensure client satisfaction.
• Team Management: Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Architects.
• Governance & Ethics: Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and ethical AI practices
• Operational & Technical Oversight: Own P&L for AI initiatives, establish MLOps, and ensure robust security/compliance standards, manage project budgets, and track KPIs for delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 10-12+ years in IT services with 5+ years in senior AI/delivery leadership.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Python, and MLOps.
• Cloud Proficiency: Experience with cloud-based platforms like Azure (Databricks, AI Studio), AWS , or Google AI Platform.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar projects and global, diverse teams.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Competencies

• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, RAG, and AI system design.
• Ability to work in fast-paced IT consulting environments.
• Strong communication skills to articulate AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
