Job Summary

Squadra Media is looking for an AI Solutions Consultant who can work closely with our team and clients to understand business requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, and design practical AI-led solutions.

Roles And Responsibilities

Understand and refine client requirements from a technical perspective.
Work directly with the client's CTO and technical team to understand their existing systems, data, APIs, and integrations.
Assess technical feasibility and recommend the right AI and technology approach.
Design a high-level solution architecture for integrating multiple systems and data sources.
Identify opportunities where AI, LLMs, automation, and data integration can add business value.
Define a practical POC/MVP and recommend an implementation approach.
Estimate technical effort, timelines, resources, and skill sets required.
Identify integration, data, security, and scalability considerations.
Prepare technical proposals, solution approaches, and implementation roadmaps.
Lead technical discussions and presentations with the client.
Work with internal and external technical teams/vendors to take the solution forward.

Qualification

5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, AI Consulting, Data Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, system integrations, and cloud technologies.
Experience designing solutions that integrate multiple business systems and data sources.
Good understanding of databases, data pipelines, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Experience working directly with clients, CTOs, or technical leadership teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the engagement.
