At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Solutions Consultant in our AI Strategy & Enablement team.

The AI Strategy & Enablement team drives how Kapture shapes, sells, and delivers its AI product portfolio. We partner across Sales, CS, Partners, Product, Engineering and Operations to solution high-impact AI use cases, build GTM assets, and support pilots and strategic accounts. Our mission is to accelerate AI adoption for enterprises by combining strong solutioning, compelling narratives, and scalable enablement.

Kapture CX is headquartered in Bangalore and we have offices in Mumbai and Delhi/NCR in India, in addition to offices in the USA, UAE, Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia.

What is this role all about

As a Solutions Consultant, you will sit at the intersection of customer problem-solving, solution design, and execution. You'll work across the full lifecycle of AI-led customer engagements from discovery and value hypothesis, to solution architecture, demos, pilots and technical proposals. The role blends pre-sales consulting, light technical build, and CX domain understanding, with a strong focus on driving revenue and successful deployments.

You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partners, Product, Engineering and Operations to make sure every serious AI opportunity is well-understood, well-solutioned, and positioned to win.

Here's a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:

  • Run discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand CX workflows, pain points, and success metrics especially across Retail and BFSI.
  • Translate customer problems into AI-led solution designs, defining the workflow logic, business value case, and measurable outcomes.
  • Build high-impact demos, prototypes and POCs using workflows, prompts, rules and standard integrations to showcase end-to-end CX use cases.
  • Lead or support limited-scope pilots, driving configuration, testing and rollout in collaboration with Product, Engineering and Operations teams.
  • Create sharp technical proposals, SOWs, pricing inputs and ROI/TCO models that strengthen deal velocity and win rates.
  • Partner closely with Direct Sales, CS & external partner teams to position AI solutions effectively in customer meetings, RFP responses and executive presentations.
  • Document reusable solution patterns and playbooks, contributing to scalable AI delivery and faster turnaround for future opportunities.

This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

What does success look like in this role

You consistently turn ambiguous customer problems into clear, compelling AI-led solutions that move deals forward. Your demos and pilots create strong customer conviction, and Sales/CS teams see you as a trusted partner who improves win rates, shortens sales cycles, and sets engagements up for smooth delivery.

What would make you a good fit for this role

Here are the basic requirements:

  • You have 13 years in management consulting or pre-sales, solution consulting, strategy, or generalist roles in SaaS/software domain with customer-facing ownership.
  • You're comfortable with techno-functional work workflows, APIs, basic data concepts, GenAI/LLM tools, prompt engineering or automation platforms.
  • You communicate clearly, run structured discovery, and can present solutions confidently to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • You take ownership, move fast, and enjoy figuring things out in ambiguous environments; CX exposure (Retail/BFSI) is a strong plus.

  • Ability to break down customer problems and design structured, feasible AI-led solutions.
  • Strong demo-building instincts showing value through crisp, business-ready workflows and prototypes.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and client engagement skills.
  • Comfort collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations in a fast-moving environment.

You will have an advantage if you:

  • Have hands-on experience building POCs, workflows, automation scripts or GenAI prototypes.
  • Understand CX operations, contact center processes, or omnichannel workflows.
  • Have worked with RFPs, ROI/TCO models, or pricing/solution proposals.
  • Have prior experience in Retail or BFSI, or have built solutions for high-scale enterprise environments.
