Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in project management, consulting, operations, or a related role.
- Experience supporting or contributing to projects involving AI, machine learning, or data-centric applications.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects, including tracking milestones, managing risks, and communicating status updates.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in People Operations (HR) or with HR technology.
- Experience project managing technical programs through a full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience contributing to Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) or similar project scoping documents.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI principles, including explainability, and data privacy.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with expertise in breaking down complex issues into manageable components.
- Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Execute key initiatives on the People Operations (POps) AI roadmap by managing project plans, tracking deliverables, and facilitating cross-functional working groups to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Apply established risk frameworks and advisory models to AI projects, ensuring adherence to Google's AI Principles and internal policies.
- Document and track AI specific risks and support teams in navigating review processes. Guide project teams through our defined development life-cycle. Contribute to Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), ensuring work is rooted in clear problem statements and success metrics.
- Develop and influence the project-level AI testing strategy, coordinating with product owners and technical partners to implement evaluations for model safety and both pre and post launch.
- Support the team's enablement goals by contributing to and maintaining resources like the POps, AI Playbook, internal process documentation, and training materials.
