AI Solutions Analyst (Pre-Sales & Proposals)

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Solutions Analyst to join our AI and Digital Transformation practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Sales, AI Architects, Engineers, Product Leaders, and Business Stakeholders to develop compelling solution proposals for enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent analytical and writing skills, a passion for emerging technologies, and the ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured, and persuasive proposals. This role serves as a bridge between business needs and AI-driven solutions, helping clients understand the value and impact of transformative technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses, Statements of Work (SOWs), executive summaries, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales, AI Architects, Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams to understand client requirements and define solution approaches.
• Translate discovery discussions and business requirements into well-structured solution proposals and engagement plans.
• Research AI, Generative AI, Cloud, Data Analytics, Automation, and Digital Transformation trends to support proposal development.
• Define project scope, assumptions, deliverables, timelines, engagement models, and success criteria.
• Articulate business value, ROI, operational efficiencies, and transformation outcomes for enterprise clients.
• Support effort estimation, commercial proposal preparation, pricing frameworks, and business case development.
• Identify proposal risks, dependencies, assumptions, and exclusions.
• Create executive-ready presentations and solution narratives tailored to client objectives.
• Maintain proposal repositories, reusable content libraries, case studies, and knowledge assets.
• Manage multiple proposal activities simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Proposal Writing, Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, Consulting, Technical Writing, Research, or related functions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex business and technical concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Automation, SaaS, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Experience creating proposals, client presentations, business cases, research reports, consulting deliverables, or technical documentation.
• Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes, solution documentation, and client-facing engagements.
• Internship, project, or professional experience in consulting, strategy, technology services, or enterprise solutions is a plus.
