Our digital transformation lead builds fast - prototyping AI applications, LLM-powered tools, and Power Platform solutions at pace. You are the technical specialist who helps scale what gets built.
Your focus is on making things production-ready: hardening prototypes, owning integrations, supporting infrastructure, and keeping the Power Platform environment governed and healthy. The dynamic is fluid - sometimes you drive a prototype to production, sometimes you work on a parallel track, sometimes you execute end-to-end. You need to be comfortable with all three.
Key Responsibilities
Prototype to Production
- Refactor and harden prototype code into stable, production-ready systems.
- Implement testing, error handling, logging, and monitoring across workloads.
- Contribute to engineering standards and code quality practices.
Backend, Infrastructure & AI
- Build and support Azure cloud infrastructure underpinning AI and platform solutions.
- Work on LLM pipelines, RAG systems, and agent orchestration using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI and OpenAI APIs into production workflows.
- Support fine-tuning and deployment of custom LLMs (HuggingFace, LoRA/QLoRA).
Integrations
- Build and maintain integrations between AI solutions, Power Platform, enterprise systems, and third-party APIs.
- Develop pipelines and connectors using Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, and custom APIs.
Power Platform Governance
- Manage Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI assets in production.
- Contribute to DLP policies, environment strategy, access controls, and compliance.
- Monitor platform health and proactively flag issues.
DevOps & Security
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Apply security best practices: identity management, secret handling, compliance controls.
- Support observability and alerting across production systems.
Set yourself apart
You possess the following qualifications, background and abilities:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML or Microsoft platform solutions.
- Strong Python skills for backend development, automation, and ML pipelines.
- Working experience with Azure services: Functions, App Service, Azure ML, AI Search, Key Vault.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
- Practical knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases.
- Experience with Power Platform in an enterprise context: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power BI.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) and REST API integrations.
Preferred
- HuggingFace Transformers and fine-tuning experience (LoRA, QLoRA).
- Power Platform ALM and governance tooling.
- Microsoft Fabric for analytics and ML workloads.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience (Bicep or Terraform).
- Background in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries.
