Role Description
We are looking for an AI Solution Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions for US enterprise customers - from discovery to go-live and expansion. This is a hybrid Business Analyst + Delivery Manager role, working directly with senior customer stakeholders (Director/VP level) and collaborating with Trooprs Product, AI Engineering, and CSM teams.
A Glimpse Into Your Day-to-Day
- Lead discovery; write BRD/FRD/SRS, workflows, PDD, and author SOWs.
- Run agile delivery, oversee QA/UAT, cutover, change management.
- Drive communications : stakeholder updates, exec readouts, adoption/ROI
- Manage T&M estimates, invoicing, milestone acceptance, forecast/margin hygiene.
- Support growth : proposals, ROMs, change orders, and expansion roadmaps.
- Ensure security, data governance, compliance, and SLA adherence.
Who Were Looking For
- 2+ years delivering AI/automation within a 5+ year delivery/BA track.
- Proven US customer management; confident with Director/VP stakeholders.
- Strong requirements writing and concise executive communication.
- Solid agile PM, risk management, and value realization skills.
- Comfortable translating requirements to user stories and API/integration work items.
