We're Hiring: AI Solution Architect

We support enterprises across the full AI journey—from use-case discovery and solution architecture to implementation, integration, governance and production scale-up.
We are looking for an AI Solution Architect who can translate enterprise business problems into secure, scalable and production-ready AI solutions.
What You Will Do
AI Solutions & Delivery — 75%
- Own end-to-end architecture for enterprise AI and automation projects.
- Design solutions using Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, ML, computer vision, analytics and workflow automation.
- Define application, data, model, integration, cloud, security and deployment architecture.
- Select appropriate LLMs, frameworks, vector databases, cloud services and integration patterns.
- Design evaluation, guardrails, human oversight, exception handling, monitoring and auditability.
- Guide engineering teams through implementation, architecture reviews, code reviews and production deployment.
- Ensure solutions meet business, accuracy, scalability, security, latency and cost expectations.
- Create reusable reference architectures, solution patterns and accelerators.
Presales & Consulting — 25%
- Participate in customer discovery and AI use-case workshops.
- Translate business requirements into solution approaches, architecture and implementation roadmaps.
- Develop effort estimates, delivery plans, assumptions, risks and technical proposals.
- Support Build-versus-Buy assessments, demonstrations and customer presentations.
- Explain complex AI concepts clearly to CXO, business and technology stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- 8–12 years of technology experience with strong solution architecture and delivery exposure.
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, data engineering or intelligent automation.
- Hands-on understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering and agentic architectures.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Python, APIs, microservices, enterprise integration and cloud architecture.
- Experience with Google Cloud, Azure or AWS.
- Understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, observability, AI security and responsible AI.
- Proven experience taking enterprise AI solutions from concept to production.
- Strong customer-facing, problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, finance transformation
- Exposure to computer vision, optimization, multi-agent systems or workflow automation.
- Experience integrating with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft or similar enterprise platforms.
