Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Software Developer role based in Kochi. The AI Software Developer will design, develop, and maintain AI-driven software components that power automation solutions, with a focus on integrating machine learning and intelligent decision-making into production workflows. Daily responsibilities include analyzing requirements, implementing and testing AI models, integrating them into existing software systems, and optimizing performance and reliability. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as automation engineers and product managers to translate business needs into robust AI features, as well as documenting solutions and supporting deployments in industrial environments.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with core AI concepts such as Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including training, evaluation, and optimization of models.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools for processing and understanding text data is an advantage.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python, Java, or C++), along with experience using machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and clearly communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in industrial automation or embedded systems is a plus.
