About the Role
We're looking for an AI Software Builder who enjoys solving business problems with modern AI-assisted development tools.
This is a hands-on role focused on building internal software, improving our website, creating automations, and rapidly shipping features that have a direct impact on the business. You'll work closely with the founders to prototype, build, and continuously improve systems using AI-first development workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance our custom CRM and internal business applications.
- Build software for sales, customer management, production, and operational workflows.
- Create and deploy new features using AI-assisted development tools.
- Improve website functionality, user experience, and customer journeys.
- Manage website content including products, collections, pricing, descriptions, images, and sizing information.
- Build integrations with third-party services using APIs.
- Design and implement business automations that improve efficiency.
- Collaborate directly with founders to prototype and launch new ideas quickly.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building web applications using modern development frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, and full-stack web development.
- Ability to independently solve technical and business problems.
- Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to manage projects from concept through deployment.
