The RoleDatabazaar Digital is looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented AI Social Media Specialist to manage the online presence of 34 smaller brands within our portfolio. We don't need you to spend hours brainstorming from scratch. We use high-end AI automation platforms to do the heavy lifting. Your job is to be the Pilot of this toolprompting it, refining the output, and ensuring every post that goes live is polished, professional, and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities- AI Orchestration: Master and manage an all-inclusive AI content tool (Munch Studio) to generate regular video clips, graphics, and captions for multiple brands.
- Content Refinement: This is the most critical part. You will review all AI-generated content to fix AI-isms. You'll polish the English for perfect flow and tweak graphics/layouts to ensure they look high-end.
- Scheduling: Maintain a consistent posting calendar across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram directly through the platform.
- Quality Control: Act as the final gatekeeper for brand voice and visual aesthetics.
Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)- Impeccable English: Your written English must be flawless. You need to write prompts that get precise results and edit AI captions so they sound like a sophisticated human, not a bot.
- Graphic Design Skills: You must have a designer's eye. When the AI generates a graphic that is 90% there, you need the skills (via Canva, Photoshop, or the tool's built-in editor) to fix the alignment, typography, and visual balance.
- Tech-Fluency: You should be the kind of person who gets new software in minutes.
- US Shift Availability: You must be available and online from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST to coordinate with the leadership team in USA.
