The AI Senior Specialist play a pivotal role in driving innovation through AI across our Finance function. What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and championing high-value AI initiatives across finance processes.
  • Acting as an AI advocate, driving awareness, education, and adoption of AI within finance teams.
  • Translating business challenges into AI use cases and evaluating their impact.
  • Bridging the gap between business and technology teams to pilot and implement AI solutions.
  • Collaborating on the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models for automation.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest in AI (especially GenAI) and recommending new approaches.
  • Promoting responsible AI, ensuring compliance, governance, and ethical standards are met.

The skills & experience needed as Finance AI Project Manager

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Finance with AI specialisation).
  • Proven experience applying AI/ML in a business context, ideally within finance or enterprise functions.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, and the AI product lifecycle.
  • PowerAutomate and Copilot experience
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with the ML lifecycle.
  • The ability to identify and assess AI opportunities for business impact.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • A passion for building AI knowledge and culture within teams.
