Albertsons Companies is accelerating its Supply Chain transformation through AI-driven forecasting, replenishment, and autonomous decisioning. As we evolve toward an Agentic Supply Chain platform, we are building the foundational semantic and knowledge layers that allow AI agents to reason, explain, and take action across complex demand and replenishment workflows.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – AI Data Products to lead the strategy and execution of our semantic layer / knowledge graph capabilities that power AI agents across Demand Planning, Replenishment Buying, and Inventory Optimization.

You will define how business concepts such as demand signals, forecast overrides, promotional lifts, safety stock policies, perpetual inventory adjustments, and replenishment constraints are modeled, connected, and exposed to AI systems in a structured, explainable, and scalable way.

This role requires a unique blend of:

  • Product leadership
  • Data architecture fluency
  • AI/ML platform understanding
  • Supply chain domain depth
  • Strong stakeholder influence across global teams

  • Define and drive the product strategy for supply chain semantic models and knowledge graphs, translating complex demand and replenishment workflows into structured, scalable, AI-consumable business context.

Enable AI Agents with Structured Context:

Translate Supply Chain Domain into Structured Knowledge:

  • Convert demand planning, forecast overrides, inventory policies, and replenishment constraints into standardized entities and relationships that reduce ambiguity and support consistent AI-driven decision-making.

Build Explain ability & Trust Frameworks:

  • Establish product capabilities that surface contextual reasoning, lineage, and governance controls so AI-generated insights are transparent, auditable, and trusted by planners and buyers.

Drive Strategic Road mapping & Execution:

  • Own a multi-quarter roadmap for semantic and knowledge capabilities, defining clear requirements and delivering incremental value through structured releases aligned to supply chain priorities.

Lead Cross-Functional Alignment:

  • Partner across Supply Chain, Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams globally to align business definitions, resolve ambiguity, and accelerate adoption of AI-powered decision platforms.

Qualifications:

Required:
