Innomax Skills is building India's leading AI Governance & GCC Capability ecosystem.

We are hiring an AI Risk Strategist to design and operationalize risk frameworks for AI/LLM deployments across enterprises, government programs, and Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

This role blends AI technical understanding, risk management depth, and GCC operational knowledgeideal for someone who can foresee risks, build guardrails, and help enterprises scale AI safely.

• Develop enterprise-wide AI Risk Management Frameworks (AIRMF) aligned with:
• NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, DPDP Act, EU AI Act, OECD Principles.
• Identify, categorize, and assess AI risks across:
• Model hallucination
• Bias & fairness
• Privacy leakage
• Security vulnerabilities
• Model drift
• Adversarial prompts
• Compliance gaps
• Build AI Risk Heatmaps, Impact Scores, and Risk Registers.
• Conduct AI Impact Assessments (AIAs) and generate risk mitigation plans.

• Enable GCCs to implement AI Risk & Governance frameworks across shared services, engineering, and CoE setups.
• Create GCC-specific risk templates:
• GCC AI Risk Maturity Matrix
• Cross-functional Risk Controls (Tech, HR, Finance, Ops)
• AI Use Case Approval & Risk Scoring Framework
• GCC AI Incident Response Protocol
• Guide GCC teams in managing high-risk use cases related to:
• Automation in BFSI, healthcare, and supply chain
• LLM use in customer ops
• Code generation & developer copilots
• GenAI in knowledge management
• Align risk processes with GCC transition phases (Build Stabilize Scale).

• Review model architecture, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and guardrail systems.
• Work with engineering teams to implement:
• Input/output filtering
• Prompt safety layers
• Identity & access controls
• Model monitoring & drift detection
• Data governance & privacy protections
• Evaluate AI tools and vendors for risk, compliance, and alignment with enterprise policy.

• Build curriculum and workshops on:
• AI Risk, Responsible AI, Safe Deployment, Adversarial Testing, AI Compliance.
• Train students, enterprise teams, and GCC leaders with real-world case studies.
• Create internal risk playbooks for Innomax Skills AI governance offerings.

• Prepare AI risk documentation for internal and client audits.
• Create templates:
• Model Cards
• Risk Logs
• AIA Reports
• Governance Checklists
• Risk Control Dashboards
• Support AI governance audits and ISO certifications.

• 412 years experience in AI/ML, cybersecurity, risk management, or governance.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, model lifecycles, data pipelines, and AI vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of global AI governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Experience with GCC environments or IT consulting preferred.
• Certifications in ISO 42001, Responsible AI, Data Privacy, Risk Management are an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
