About the Role:

We are looking for an AI Researcher experienced with modern transformer models and the Hugging Face ecosystem. The role involves exploring, training, and optimizing AI models across domains such as vision, speech & audio, and language (LLMs) with opportunities to publish and apply cutting-edge research.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune transformer-based models using Hugging Face &/or PyTorch
• Conduct experiments on training, inference, and model optimization.
• Stay updated with state-of-the-art AI research and propose innovative solutions.
• Publish in Scopus-indexed or equivalent journals/conferences.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in deep learning, especially transformer architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Exposure to model evaluation, deployment, and efficient inference.
• Research experience with publications in Scopus-indexed venues.
• M.Tech/Ph.D. in AI, ML, or related fields;

Preferred: Experience in vision, speech/audio, or LLMs.
