AI Research Scientist Key Responsibilities
- Generative AI Research & Innovation: Conduct original research on generative AI models, focusing on architecture design, training strategies, fine-tuning techniques, and evaluation methodologies across NLP, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning
- .Multimodal AI Development: Design and experiment with multimodal generative models combining text, images, and other modalities; build POCs and present outcomes to business and technical stakeholders
- .Agentic AI Systems: Design and develop autonomous, agent-based AI systems capable of reasoning, decision-making, and adaptation in dynamic environments
- .Model Design & Deployment: Lead end-to-end development of generative AI solutionsfrom problem understanding and model selection to large-scale training, hyperparameter tuning, and production deployment
- .Algorithm & Performance Optimization: Improve model efficiency, scalability, and performance using parallelization, distributed training, and hardware acceleration across modern compute architectures
- .Data Engineering & Feature Engineering: Handle large datasets involving data cleaning, normalization, dimensionality reduction, and feature selection to improve model accuracy and robustness
- .Model Evaluation & Validation: Define evaluation metrics, run controlled experiments, analyze results, and iteratively refine models to meet performance benchmarks
Mandatory Technical & Functional Skill
- Programming & Frameworks: Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in PyTorch and TensorFlo
- Deep Learning Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, and LLMs (BERT, GPT, etc.) with strong foundations in NL
- Agentic AI Frameworks: Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen for building, deploying, and evaluating AI agent
- LLM Ecosystem: Hands-on experience deploying and fine-tuning open-source LLMs such as Meta LLaMA 3.1, BLOOM, Mistral via Hugging Fac
- Cloud ML Platforms: Practical experience with GCP Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, or AWS SageMake
