Job Description
Drive the future of autonomous AI as part of our core research team. You'll research and develop breakthrough agentic AI technologies, working on problems that define the next generation of intelligent systems. Responsibilities
- Research and develop novel AI agentic architectures and algorithms
- Implement autonomous decision-making systems for various domains
- Publish research findings and represent FactoFlare at AI conferences
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial features
- Stay at the forefront of AI agent research and multi-agent systems
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI research or advanced development
- Deep understanding of reinforcement learning and agent-based systems
- Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks
- Track record of research publications or significant AI projects
- Passion for building autonomous intelligent systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-agent systems and autonomous coordination
- Knowledge of large language models and their agentic applications
- Background in cognitive architectures or decision-making systems
- Previous startup or fast-paced research environment experience
