Role Description

• This role is for Technology Research and Development team whose main goal is to work on important, tricky and yet unsolved challenges in Banking technology.
• As an Engineer you are responsible for digging into complex banking processes, technologies and help solve with designing, developing significant components of engineering solutions to accomplish business goals. You are pretty much working on an individual basis and solving problems

Your key responsibilities

• Working with diverse teams across the organization and patience are key
• Fast prototyping using Python/NodeJS/ReactJS or programming language that the given problem asks for
• Collaborating with others to understand requirements
• clean code and refactor constantly. Make sure we are building the thing right.
• Be ready to work on a range of technologies and components, including user interfaces, services and databases. Act as a generalizing specialist.
• Ensure that the software you build is reliable and easy to support in production. Be prepared to take your turn on call providing 3rd line support when it's needed
• Help the team to build, test and release software within short lead times and with minimum of waste. Work to develop and maintain a highly automated Continuous Delivery pipeline.

Your skills and experience

• ML and using GenAI to solve problems
• Good experience in Python (must), NodeJS, ReactJS, Java
• Agentic Framework experience is an added advantage
• Experience using LLMs, ML algorithms of NLP, random-forest or other algos
• Experience building APIs as per OpenAI standard
• Experience in SQL and noSQL Databases
• CI/CD, SRE principals and must have experience in production delivery
