Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, test, and refine prompts for AI models to achieve desired outputs

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and business) to understand requirements

  2. Optimize prompt performance through experimentation and iteration

  3. Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, bias, and relevance

  4. Develop prompt libraries, templates, and best practices

  5. Monitor and improve model outputs based on user feedback and analytics

  6. Document prompt strategies and maintain version control

  7. Stay updated with advancements in AI and prompt engineering techniques


Qualifications

Educational qualification:

BE in Computer Science Engineering

Certification in AI prompt Engineering

Experience:

  1. 3- 6 years experience with prompt tuning, fine-tuning, or AI model evaluation

  2. Knowledge of data annotation and training processes

  3. Exposure to tools like OpenAI APIs or similar AI platforms

  4. Background in linguistics, content strategy, or UX writing

Mandatory/requires Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Linguistics, or a related field

  2. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially NLP (Natural Language Processing)

  3. Experience working with large language models (e.g., GPT-based systems)

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  5. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  6. Familiarity with programming languages like Python (preferred)

  7. Ability to experiment, iterate, and optimize workflows
