Role Description:

We are looking for an early-career AI Prompt Engineer who is excited to work at the intersection of language, logic, and generative AI. This role involves designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for AI systems like ChatGPT and other emerging platforms to ensure accurate, reliable, and useful outputs across business use cases.

You will collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams, helping translate requirements into effective AI-driven solutions while improving internal productivity and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, refine, and optimize prompts for AI agents to achieve high-quality, consistent outputs across various use cases
• Rigorously test and evaluate AI responses, iterating prompts to improve performance, accuracy, and reliability
• Effectively use ChatGPT and other AI tools for research, content creation, automation, and workflow optimization
• Explore, test, and evaluate new AI platforms and tools to identify solutions that enhance team productivity
• Create clear dashboards, presentations, and visual data stories to communicate insights to diverse audiences
• Write clear, professional emails and documentation to ensure alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into structured AI instructions

Required Skills and Requirement:

• 02 years of professional experience (freshers with strong projects are welcome)
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to clarity and structure
• Strong interest in generative AI, prompt engineering, and emerging AI tools
• Ability to think logically, break down problems, and write precise instructions
• Hands-on experience using ChatGPT or similar AI platforms
• Comfort working with presentations, spreadsheets, and basic dashboards
• Strong learning mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
