About the Role

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled AI Prompt Engineer who can translate creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and campaign requirements into high-quality, structured prompts for AI-generated video and visual content. You will work across AI video generation, image generation, content creation, automation, and product experimentation, contributing to our broader AI-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed, structured prompts for AI-generated videos and images

Define scenes, characters, camera movements, lighting, composition, and visual style

Work on negative prompting and continuous prompt refinement

Maintain consistency across characters, products, locations, and brand identity

Test, analyze, and iteratively improve AI-generated outputs

Collaborate closely with creative, design, marketing, and development teams

Build reusable prompt templates, workflows, and prompt libraries

Explore emerging AI tools and identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation

What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of prompt engineering and generative AI

Hands-on experience with AI video generation platforms

Solid grasp of cinematography, visual storytelling, camera movement, lighting, and composition

Strong creative thinking with keen attention to detail

Ability to analyze AI outputs and refine prompts effectively

Familiarity with AI image, video, voice, and multimodal tools

Experience with platforms such as Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini will be an advantage

A portfolio showcasing AI-generated videos, images, prompts, or experimental AI projects will be a strong advantage.
